What is GDPR?
GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) is an EU regulation that governs the rules for processing personal data of natural persons. Its full name is Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016.

Purposes and Grounds for Processing
Your personal data will be processed for the following purposes:
- Responding to inquiries – Basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest)
- Provision of services – Basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract performance)
- Direct marketing – Basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent)
- Tax and accounting obligations – Basis: Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR (legal obligation)
Your Rights under GDPR
According to GDPR, you have the following rights:
Right of Access (Art. 15 GDPR)
You have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not we are processing your personal data, and where that is the case, you have the right to access the personal data and information regarding the purposes of the processing, categories of data, and recipients.
Right to Rectification (Art. 16 GDPR)
You have the right to demand the immediate rectification of inaccurate personal data and the completion of incomplete data.
Right to Erasure ("Right to be Forgotten") (Art. 17 GDPR)
You have the right to request the erasure of your personal data if the data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected, you have withdrawn your consent, you have objected, or the data have been unlawfully processed.
Right to Restriction of Processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
In certain cases, you have the right to request the restriction of data processing, for example, if you dispute the accuracy of the data.
Right to Data Portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
You have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and to transmit those data to another controller.
Right to Object (Art. 21 GDPR)
You have the right to object, at any time, to the processing of your data which is based on a legitimate interest, including profiling.
Right to Withdraw Consent (Art. 7(3) GDPR)
If processing is based on consent, you have the right to withdraw consent at any time. The withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
